1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase.

You must have used less than 50% of your monthly generation credits to be eligible for a full refund.

Annual subscriptions are eligible for prorated refunds within the first 30 days.

Free trial users are not eligible for refunds as no payment was processed.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Subscription renewals after the initial 30-day period are non-refundable.

One-time purchases or add-on credits are non-refundable once used.

Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds are not available for partial months of service.

3. Refund Process

Include your account email, subscription details, and reason for the refund request.

We will review your request within 3-5 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Processing Time

Credit card refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days.

PayPal refunds are usually processed within 1-2 business days.

Bank transfers may take 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution.

We will provide a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

5. Partial Refunds

If you've used more than 50% of your credits, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

Partial refunds are calculated based on unused credits and remaining subscription time.

Each case is reviewed individually based on usage patterns and circumstances.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating chargebacks.

Chargebacks may result in account suspension until the dispute is resolved.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that abuse the chargeback process.
